I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was immaculately clean with well-trained and hard-working staff from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, close to the attractions like a museum and a cathedral, and others. Restaurants and bars were also close to the venue...

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our three-night escape, benefiting from a spacious kitchenette, made late-night snacks convenient. The breakfast choices amazed us, especially the freshly made haggis! A tip, ask for a parking voucher to save on fees.

The concept of having a room with microwave, fridge and dishwasher with the freedom to have breakfast in the lounge or do your own in the room is a great idea and does away with the stuffiness of normal hotel rooms The layout of the room as a studio with settees was comfortable and you could sit comfortably watching the TV with a glass of wine

Beautiful clean and well furnished. great there was a kitchen as my son has autism his eating is a problem, having the kitchen made our stay very easy.
Not enough info on how to use lift key, TV and telephone no clear instructions/ operation although the staff were happy to help. TV instructions should be displayed by the TV and telephone instructions by the telephone. i had to go down to reception to ask about the telephone as i didn't know i had to turn it on then press 0 ! Not having to look about for instructions that were found eventually on a small card that was not obvious.
